Come down to Miami. Orlando can't be much better though. All I know is that for some reason people around here think that merging onto the highway at 30 mph is the safest thing to do. Or they are confused that the speed limit is posted in MPH and not KM/PH.

I agree with this. But I will say going with the speed of traffic is safer than just speed limi,

I was going somewhere last week, tried to pass someone. This old bastard was in the fast lane, hogging traffic since the other slowpokes were in the right lane. A group of us, led by my car, were trying to pass him.

This dude looks back while driving, flashes his hand twice (to signify 55 MPH on 131), and then flipped everyone off as they passed him.

That's the type of asshole that drives too slow during the summer and too fast during the winter.

That's the type of driver I get within 2-3 inches from when they're under the speed limit and in the passing lane and then toss a handful of pennies out the window when I pass them.
