Recruiting is not going so well, is it?

Just scanned the last couple of pages over in the "official" recruiting thread on the RCMB. The resident experts are starting to throw in the towel and going into full "trust the coaches" mode.

MSU seems to be missing on almost all of the level 1 guys this cycle. Once Thomas and DPJ drop to UM the meltdown will be off the charts.

Crazy how many guys we have missed on after winning the B1G.

So our guys that have won 3 of 6 conference titles broke a big ten record with five 11 win seasons in six years and finished in the top five for the past three years haven't been very good recruits?

No. They were coached up and developed by a superior staff. They weren't top recruits.

If Dantonio crooted at elite levels we would win a natty or two. We won't ever win a natty but we can still have s program 90% of cfb is jealous of.

Jesus, it's because playoffs were t expanded enough and great teams were not part of the good ol boy network and the self perpetuated teams who sold scripts and mags and newspapers were voted in due to self interest of the poll voters.

And there haven't been national champions in foitball only mythical untill lately. When they expand playoffs more and you get a true champion that phony stat you quote will go bye bye like fan boi's like you.
