a) I'm not sure that is an actual video
b) I wouldn't try such a maneuver
c) the physics behind aerodynamics is a real thing. Everything from shoes to water bottles are heavily researched in wind tunnels

The only unsafe thing is the possible ball buster move.

all it takes is one slight pedal/shoe interface malfunction and you're tumbling down the road at about 60 mph.
