Anyone want to buy a house?

Trying to sell our house in White Lake.  Great starter home or rental property.  Has tenants who want to stay that haven't missed a payment in 7+ years. They understand they might have to move out.

Still have a mortgage on it and we can't refinance that mortgage since we rent it and it's making it difficult to refinance our current home. Also, we.love 400 miles away and it's just a huge pain in the ass sometimes.

Do you have it listed anywhere? Closing on a house in Sand Lake on Nov. 1st and likely selling this house in Columbus next spring so I'm not really looking but at the same time, I'm always looking.

Not listed yet. Have a realtor friend looking for someone interested in an investment property with a renter that hasn't missed a payment in 7 years. If that doesn't pan out we're going to list it in March. Unless someone wants it before that.
