Can someone please tell me how to "like" a post? I've searched the site up and down. It kills me to see a goodbar post and not be able to upvote it. I only see the option on some posts but even then, nothing happens when I click on it.

If using the full site, it is a button beneath the poster's avatar (directly beneath the PM button). I believe the ability to "like" a post is disabled until a certain threshold is hit - posts, time, something like that. Ask HeatMiser or SeeRockCity.

If you are on mobile, I don't think it is possible to "like" a post.
