MSU Walk-On Tryouts
Wakefield are you going to go tryout? Is this why Vlad is at El Az?

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State football program will hold a walk-on tryout meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 18 at 4 p.m. in the Pentecost Team Meeting Room inside the Skandalaris Football Center.
In order to be eligible for the meeting, and subsequent tryout, Michigan State students must:
-be registered in 12 credit hours as a full-time MSU student and be in good academic standing (minimum cumulative grade-point average: 2.5)
-be declared eligible by the NCAA clearinghouse
-be prepared to pass tests for any performance-enhancing and/or street drugs
-pass any background check
It is mandatory to have playing experience at the high school varsity level and to be able to provide a recommendation from a high school coach, in addition to any providing video for evaluation purposes.
In order to expedite the process, students are recommended to provide results of a recent (within six months) physical examination from a family doctor or from the Olin Health Center. If a student has sustained an injury, that student will need to provide any records pertaining to the injury to insure they will be physically able to participate in the tryout if selected.
Please note this will be an informational meeting only. Students may be selected to try out based on the information gathered at the meeting.

Only thing holding me back is the overuse of my anabolic-androgenic steroid. I have some pretty good game film, on madden.

No official response yet regarding the hats but I bet if you start wandering around while your back by the team meeting room you will stumble across a Gatorade bar.

I have 4 years of eligibility left... I could meet the requirements, I think.
My high school football coach is still alive, so I could probably get at letter. Not sure that we had video back then, though, so the MSU coaching staff will just have to take my word for it that I was a 3 time All State wide receiver.
I was also the holder for extra points and FG's.. that should be some bonus points for making the squad, I think.
