NHL All-Star Game is a joke

5-1 Pacific after 1 period. I can't believe people are actually paying to watch this in person. They're just casually skating around and fucking with each other.

Turned it on it was 2-1, McDavid scores 4 seconds afters a center ice face off, turned it off.

And it's different from any other all star game/ side show?

NBA is worse, NFL is the worst.  MLB actually is meh since they are playing for something. NHL is trying to be innovative but Bettman is a moron. I still think the NHL skills is the best overall skills comp.

Yeah, every All Star game outside game of the MLB sucks. With that said, I'll still tune into the NBA's.

I'm pretty sure baseball did away with "this one counts" this year. And thank fucking God for that. Terrible. The most terrible. Horrible horrible idea to make a useless game into something for no reason. "Hey this one counts. But you better get one of the way over the hill Yankees some at bats so we can cheer for him." Fuck that. I'd rather have a meaningless exhibition any day than a game amongst players that have no business playing together impact the world fuckin series. Stupid and I hate it so much. So so much.

Anyway, whatever. Just get rid of all star games. (Just kidding they probably make money so we won't do that, but just make sure that no one really cares.)
