EAST LANSING — Former Michigan State two-time team captain Max Bullough just finished up the first round of OTA (organized team activity) with the Houston Texans and begins Round Two of OTAs on Tuesday.

According to John Harris, Texans' analyst for NFL.com, Bullough is in the thick of trying to make the team's 53-man roster at what Harris considers the "most interesting puzzle" on the team....
