Imagine regular Plochman's, mixed with good Chinese mustard with a good dose of horseradish.
Re: English Mustard
I do like horseradish. Got my mouth watering just thinking about St. Elmo's cocktail sauce.

Horseradish is an undervalued condiment. Ever try it in chili? Fucking awesome.

Re: English Mustard
While I agree 100% that horseradish (particularly the prepared version in vinegar and salt without cream) is divine, I think we're getting a little off track here.
Re: English Mustard
Store it in the fridge to keep the heat.

Balderdash. If nothing else, we at tSwill are able to focus on the topic at hand. It's what separates us from lesser internet sports message boards.

I come and go on that mustard, like a jar every now and then.
But it did make that fateful trip to Antarctica with Robert Falcon Scott:

wow. After your list of things hated I figured you for a ketchup lover. Can't stand the stuff either except for two specific applications.Rocinante wrote:The Pantry wrote:I'll assume the mayo and pickles thing also means tartar sauce is something despised.

After learning of your condiment hates I have two questions.
1) What do you put on a hot dog?
2) What do you use as a sauce for shrimp cocktail? (no horseradish or ketchup kinda blew my mind)

Sometimes I put sriracha on a hot dog.
I like shrimp just the way they are.

Mustard and onions is hot dog nirvana. If you like them bareback you might consider joining the competitive eating circuit
