Horseradish is an undervalued condiment. Ever try it in chili? Fucking awesome.

While I agree 100% that horseradish (particularly the prepared version in vinegar and salt without cream) is divine, I think we're getting a little off track here.

1) What do you put on a hot dog?

2) What do you use as a sauce for shrimp cocktail? (no horseradish or ketchup kinda blew my mind)

Liked sriracha for a couple years but got tired of it.  Found something better.  Try it with shrimp



Mustard and onions is hot dog nirvana. If you like them bareback you might consider joining the competitive eating circuit
