English major is a joke

Current girl I’m seeing is in college as an English major. Did her homework and helped her out with her quiz and it was a joke. So easy.

I wish I was an English major. Probably could have had straight A’s. Instead I was an MSU Econ dropout

Is doing her homework really doing her any favors? She should be learning these things on her own. Your fake girlfriend won’t be able to skate by in life once she’s your fake ex-girlfriend.

English? My UM daughter majored in something called "Women's Studies".

We haven't talked in years.

Same with art and history majors. Sure you may be passionate about them, but what can you do with them?

I just hope those people can accept they may not live their dream with that major and that just having a bachelors degree gets them a job.

There are jobs for History majors. You just have to be the cream of the crop. Lots of competition for those jobs. Most history majors just aren’t that special snowflake

Meh - your college major and subsequent career are what you make of them.
