I lift because I found out I have to. I like the idea of sculpting my body to achieve nirvana. Lifting weights raises testosterone and makes me feel more like a man. The Ancient Greeks believed that physical fitness and mental fitness were intertwined. I lift 1pl8 bench 2pl8 squats and 3pl8 deadlifts. I just came back from the gym after hitting my glutes hard and just wanted everyone to know.

I use lyft instead of Uber but I don't really like the name from a branding perspective. I be like "oh I'm gonna get a lyft out there." But people think I mean I'm gonna have a buddy drive me since I spent my morning drinking whiskey but really I mean the service. I'm not gonna be like "I'm gonna get a lyft. With a y."

Lyft is way better than Uber. Uber is becoming absurd. I can get to DTW from here for like $25 + tip on Lyft and Uber has cost me $90+ due to bullshit "surge" pricing. It seems that "surge" is always on.

I do the 12 ounce curl on a regular basis, so far it hasn't done jackshit for me. Maybe I should up it to the 25 ounce curl.
