Not a bad gig. Guaranteed that much money for not really knowing how good he is as a consistent starter. I'm thinking it's a "show me" year. Problem is, if he does show good signs, than the Packers will be bidding for him. At the same time, I'm not too sure extending him to big money is smart. We really don't know do we.

It's why I caution everyone about Kim and Hauser. We really don't know do we. We hope we do. But we really don't. Hopefully MSU is right.

All depends on Love. Nobody knows what the packers have in him. Even if he was Mahomes like, they aren’t playing him over Rodgers. If the packers staff believes he’s good, and they’ve guessed right, GB isn’t much worse than last year.

Still are t winning a Super Bowl unless they get a bunch of breaks.

Hmmm rodgers was Rodgers like and they didn’t play him till Favre left so….

And in no way am I saying Love is mahomes lime. Just that it’s not easy benching a HOF qb.

I’m not saying I know for sure, but I watched the Packers when Favre was rumored to have list an edge in practice to Rodgers. Didn’t matter. Fabre was starting till he left. That’s my point Travis. Not trying a “well, what about this” thing, just saying no matter how good Love was in practice (we heard he was) Rodgers starts till he leaves. It’s not that outrageous of a thought.

And yet we saw Favre over Rodgers. And the only reason that the Packers went with Rodgers was that Favre told them he’s retiring. All the OTS’s Rodgers was it from then on. Then Favre said “just joking I’m not”. It was too late by then. Nah. I watched it happen once before where it just is impossible to bench a HOF qb.

Packers down Aaron Jones Christian Watson and in no surprise at all, Bakhtiari. Doesn’t matter. All we need is Love.

Meh, they were 6-10 in 2008 the last time they had a first year starter. Getting to the Super Bowl is a slow, planned marathon. Not a sprint.

They’re too young. They make way too many mistakes. Hopefully they have a staff that teaches and not bitches. We’ll see.

To Atlanta? Three scoring drives in the fourth quarter.

Defense played good enough to win last night. They really kept Devonte Adams in check. If they don’t get Jones back on office soon it’s going to be rough sledding. You can only ask first your quarterback to do so much, and then you have to rely on other things.

I’m actually excited about what the next couple years are going to bring with Love and Watson. They are a step away from connecting. It reminds me of the 2008 season and seeing Rodgers just missing targets and thinking they will be all right. I guess we’ll see.

Funny I was thinking about Daryle Lamonica last night. The “Mad Bomber”. He sat the bench for four years in Buffalo till the Raiders wanted to start taking the tops off of defenses. Guy could spin it. I think he actually went from bench scrub in Buffalo to AFL mvp in Oakland. Crazy teams the raiders were.

He had a great receiver in Warren Wells. In his four seasons in Oakland he had 156 receptions for 3,364 yards, a 23.3-yard average, and 42 TDs.

Rodgers must be annoyed watching this while applying racoon feces CBD ointment to his upper ankle.
