FTR, I posted that theory during the Duke game thread. Herbie said if it made me feel bad he agreed.

I’d play my best till they fouled out. I’d follow my regular sub patterns and play them till they fouled out. I’m a horrible coach though. Fuck that sitting on the bench.

Depends on score and trust level. It's more about who finishes then who started the game.
