Bob Dole awarded Congressional Gold Medal

There were many times through the years when he infuriated me, but Sen. Dole is the very definition of an American statesman and hero. We should all be so successful in our lives.
So weird, because -- out of the blue -- I was thinking about Dole just yesterday. He's 94 now and clearly not in good health. It's good to see him receiving this honor.

Bob Dole is a great American.

Give me the days where Repubs had people like Bob Dole and we didn't have to feel make excuses for voting for people like him. I was never a big fan of Bill Clinton. I do think a primary reason he lost the presidential race that year was because of his age. Dole is a good man.

Always been a big Bob Dole fan. Good to see him recognized. Although a lot of it probably has to do with him backing Trump early on in his campaign.
