I'll take 2018, but it's close. JJJ better than Payne, Bridges better than Dawson, but Harris much better than any of our current guards.

All day I have been wondering if Cameron would take 2014 or 2018. Thanks for starting this thread!

2014 team because Izzos offense wasn’t as stale as it has become four years later.

Hey Steve,

This team ranks 31st in points per game out of 351 DI programs, and it's scoring almost 10 more points per game than last year. This team ranks in the top 10 for offensive efficiency, too. To summarize, get a clue.

Sincerely,

Oh, and as you keep begging for Izzo to emulate Beilein, keep in mind Michigan ranks 170th in points per game, and 43rd in offensive efficiency.

Yes, but that does not mean I want Izzo to throw it all out and copy Beilein. That is not how it works, DWags. Running around saying Izzo's offense is "stale" and he should "be more like Beilein" makes no sense. None.

Michigan has improved and is peeking at the right time. They have a quality win over OSU, MSU and they could take the B10 tomorrow. I bet their offensive numbers from February up to now tell a different story.

If we lose to Michigan, I have nothing to live vicariously through.  If that happens my manhood suffers.  If my manhgood suffers I have to lash out at internet people to make me feel better about myself.  I need to blame Izzo for us not having a one seed.  I don't care about match ups I only care about me.  thanks.

He’d also do good taking one tip from Beilein’s defense. Stop fouling so much! The days of practicing with football pads and playing bump and grind basketball are over.

Steve,

On 2/1, Michigan ranked 168th in points per game and 51st in offensive efficiency. MSU did go from 15th to 31st in points per game between 2/1 and 3/1, but their offensive efficiency ranking did not move. Do some research, Steve. You're embarrassing yourself.

How many times has this team practiced in football pads, steve? I think that's part of the "MSU is a tough, physical team" narrative that influences the way refs call fouls in our games, and I think it's outdated.

You put ‘on 2/1 Michigan ranked’ doesn’t sound like a date range to me. Sorry I asked.

It’s from 2/1-3/1. Their offense has become more efficient, but they are score a little less per game. I think the real story is their defense.

Yeah, their d is good too.

Thanks for providing the data, I’m going off what I see in the games and obviously not the best measure. I’ve watched Michigan vs Ohio State, vs us, and I watched them vs Iowa. In those games they were great at driving and drawing fouls, having multiple scorers on the floor at once and having players come off the bench and hit big shots. Also, I can’t stand Wagner but that guy has an extra gear. I wish Miles had his killer instinct.

2014 team was the most talented starting 5 we ever had out there. I don't know what the callout is. We fit together well enough to win the Natty and we probably should have, but the most important piece of the puzzle got hurt midway through the season and was never the same.

I've called him out many times in many threads. I've been low key mocking him since his trip to MSG made him an offensive basketball mastermind. Steve knows this.

Yes, and if you read through this thread from last year where you were on a big "Izzo has a stale offense, needs to be more like Beilein" kick, WBH is not actually calling you out (contrary to his claim he was always calling you out).
