Road trip with my Swill friends

I decided to take a road trip dedicated to some of my friends here at tSwill. I'll post more for the rest of you as I reach your waypoints.

No distilleries unfortunately. It seems the kids don't like bourbon and drinking bourbon isn't real conducive to driving your family across the country.

Lexington was pretty cool, though for a quick stop for lunch. The drag was definitely EL/college town-ish. Nice mix of stinky college bars, weird shops, eclectic people. I saw Rupp from a distance - not what I expected. Looked like a warehouse.

Did you see Louisville's new arena when you crossed the Ohio River? It looks like the Eli Broad Art Museum but worse.

When they named it Yum! I saw some comment that said they should have made that with a retractable roof so they can air out all the farts in that place.

solid record store on campus.. forget the name of it but a nice selection of records you don't see too much of in Michigan.

Haven't been back to Captiva in almost 20 years. There use to be some great restaurants there.

Well I've had a few drinks and it was getting hot out there. Saw a few dolphins cruise past the tiki bar at the pool on the water. I took the shuttle back and I'm just not sure if I should try to build on my buzz or take a nap so dinner isn't a shit show.

Naw. Have a few more drinks and go rent a wave runner.

I haven't seen much worthy of creep pics to be honest. Back on the road in the morning. Just got woken from a nice nap by some obnoxious kids. Yes they were mine. Off to dinner soon. Then sunset on the beach and dance party while Dad drinks more.
