General betting philosophy question for you guys:

How do you feel about 2.5 pt dogs ? I don't think I've bet one in my life. It's either the ~ +120 ML or buy the hook to +3. Am I losing $$ in the long run ? I just hate even having the possibility of losing by that .5

I'm not a good one to seek out for gambling advice....but I prefer the M/L to small spreads like that.

I noticed alot of bowl games lines game out at 2.5 initially. Interesting thought. Is it to promote buying the half or push people to money lines?
