It was funny when GHW Bush puked on the Japanese PM, it was funny when Clinton got a haircut on AF1 and shut down two runways of LAX, it was funny when Dick Cheney shot that dude in the face and then the dude apologized TO HIM, it was funny when GW Bush tried to massage Angela Merkel's shoulders and she spasmed in disgust.
