When I was a kid I use to destroy a box of Captain Crunch peanut butter crunch

Corn Flakes.

I eat a bowl of Corn Flakes every night at 7:30.

Either of those loaded with berries and walnuts are usually my weekend breakfasts.

I do not partake in cereal other than maybe a handful of Cheerios that the kid is into every once in a while.

Grew up eating all that crap. I try as much as possible to avoid processed foods like that anymore. I go for a spinach mango smoothie and more often than not I just start out with steel cut oats with fruit, nuts and coconut flakes on it.

Don’t eat breakfast. Seems pointless.

1. Why the fuck hasn't the cereal industry figured out how to put a resealable plastic bag inside their box? I usually put it in zip lock gallon bags to store and recycle the box.

2. The half gallon of milk often expires in our fridge, so I'm not a big cereal eater.

I"m going for some fruit today at nino's. I'm pretty excited about it actually.
