And Giannis is going to come to the realization that he needs to leave. Sucks. NBA is extremely entertaining but it isn't what it used to be from a competitive and loyalty standpoint. Giannis will be on the Heat or the Warriors in two years max.

Yeah very small window for some.of these teams and the bucks have not even come close to getting out of the east.

I'm seeing some rumblings that MIL may target CP3 in a trade this offseason. I really liked the idea at first. Gives them a big 3, a clutch performer, excellent defender, good perimeter shooter. And a dawg. But the more I think about it, I'm not sure the fit is there. CP3 and Giannis are both ball dominant - or need to be, in order to be the most effective version(s) of themselves. I guess maybe CP3 can be the dominant guy in the half court and when MIL is running like they want to, it's Giannis? I don't know.

Giannis says he's not forcing his way out this year. So he is either going to sign the super max extension with the Bucks, or he's going to go the KD route and be a free and clear FA after next season. It sounds like Toronto and Miami are shaping up as the favorite landing spots if he doesn't stay.

Of all the teams I've seen so far, my hot take is Miami has the best defense I've seen and if the old saying 'defense wins championships' still applies then I like their chances.

Here is the thing, if the Lakers beat the Clippers I don't think Miami or Boston stands a chance. They are too small. Obviously the Rockets are small as well but they play mismatch small ball in a way the Cs and Heat don't. The Lakers are compelled to go small to match up with Houston so they can keep up and not get out "analyticd". They won't do that against other teams. They have 3 legit 7 footers. The tallest guy in the Cs regular rotation is 6'8.

Not this round but I saw them in the first round. I saw Magic Johnson was impressed by their depth. Lakers from what I’ve seen when AD is rolling that team looks like a juggernaut. It almost looks criminally unfair to have that much talent on a team.

I’ll watch some of the Clippers tonight. Regarding the Heat I like their chances to make it to the finals.

Clips and Lakers are going to complete the gentleman's sweep. That will be an epic conference finals.

I can't believe Toronto is going to take this to 7. Honestly should have been a sweep. Tons of credit to them. I will be shocked if they win on Friday. And impressed.

I still have Clippers over Celtics in the Finals. 5 or 6 games.
