My wife’s boss has had a Disney cruise scheduled for like a year. It’s something like next week or the week after. He’s still planning my on doing it. What the fuck. I’d have been on the phone with the cruise company demanding rescheduling like three weeks ago. Well, I’d never take a cruise to begin with under normal circumstances but if I did, I really wouldn’t take one now. How fucking dumb.

I’ve been on 5 cruises and had a blast each time. Did things and saw stuff I’d never otherwise get to see, plus it was a fun way to survey areas of the world I want to return to and spend more time getting to know.
But even I would hate going on a cruise right now. And I’d sooner go on a cruise with a boatload of Covid-19-infected passengers before I’d ever set foot on a Disney Cruise.

Bob, love you buddy. I think what’s trying to be said is we have a place for the political side. It’s like smoking. Nobodies saying you can’t do it, there’s just a place specifically for it. Some people like to enjoy their meal (non political CV discussion) without the smoke. Smoking isn’t for everybody. I can talk about it with my parents without the smoke. Just the informative casual discussion without choking out the room. We have a room for that. We built it especially for it. It’s a nice room but it’s not for everybody. Peace buddy. Love ya. Em yeah. For selfish reasons I want this thread here. Every tenth post has some actual information. Plus I’m going to the BTT tomorrow night and I’ll be dancing for four days in virus central with people from three infected states coughing in me. I could be wrong (I'm an idiot) but that's a 3.4% mortality rate..

Just pointing out that we seem to be lagging behind other countries as far as testing (unless you're a politician of course).

Not sure I'm buying that the President wasn't tested. I can see why they wouldn't want that to go public though.

We need to improve (and have more) testing. Pronto.

2, my wife is at around a 9. She was going to different stores trying to find hand sanitizer and freaking out because they didn't have any. Finally found a tiny bottle at Walgreens that calmed her down a little bit. My son brought her over ten bottles the next day.
