That's what we did. Zoom on the side. All worked flawlessly. Though pretty much everyone struggled a bit getting situated on Pokerstars. Once the games started it was good though.

Been sticking with screwdrivers. Might have to adjust some things, though, acid reflux is real...

Give vodka and sparkling water a try - La croix or generic. Pretty good. I like the flavored vodka. It's 70 proof so I can sip it longer without getting quite as fucked up. And no acid reflux.
Or just get some omeprazole

I went to screwdrivers for the vitamin c in the orange juice. If I move off screwdrivers, it'll be back to whiskey.

Little headache this AM Nordy?
Drinking strictly screwdrivers for the Vitamin C is one of the most interesting and unique alcohol related quirks I've ever heard of. I dig it.

Mango whiteclaw right now. Going to stock up tomorrow. Some heavier beer and probably whiskey. Ginger ale to mix if needed.

I've been drinking white Claw too. Something I never thought I would do. Mostly because I'm afraid I'm gonna get fat form to much beer.
It's actually pretty good. And yes I occasionally spike it with a splash of vodka.

I found to go Margaritas and I'm going to pick one up. Going to drink to all my swill friends health tonight. Especially for Dendro's brother. Wishing a speedy return to good health!

Pour over coffee. Chemex is getting a work out. Been buying bags from a variety of local roasters in the area, but a recent order of Madcap was well worth it.

A Bloody Mary sounds really good. I could make a virgin kind (if I had some mix). Of course it still wouldn’t be the same. But I do have pickle juice, and that’s one of my favorite things to add to a Bloody Mary.

feeling pretty rough around the edges this morning and a reminder that I’ve ever been good with the spirits. I lift off fast with it and the next day is always harsh.

What should I be mixing with rum? The iced tea was meh, ginger ale isn't bad. I know there is coke, but I don't really drink much soda.

That doesn't help Floyd. Vodka, lemonade, unsweet tea is my go to drink, but lately I've been wanting to spread my wings.Floyd Robertson wrote:InTenSity wrote:What should I be mixing with rum? The iced tea was meh, ginger ale isn't bad. I know there is coke, but I don't really drink much soda.

Re: tOfficial Covid-19 Drinking Thread
Ginger ale is not the answer to everyone's drinking problems! Neither is ice and or water. There has to be some awesome answer like rum and amp or rum and fruit punch with vanilla ice cream.

Might I suggest Pineapple Juice and Malibu, get them all numb; make baby girl come, don't stop til the cops come.
