Dendro, you could give it a try. Isn't that TikTok app exactly for moments like this?
I’m not one to post tons of pictures or videos of myself. Mostly my husband will say... it’s your turn to put something on fb (usually some pics of the kid). I want to delete all social media.

Funny, I just created my 1st Facebook account in February. Although, I just use it to see what others are doing.

I like seeing some friends/family pictures. but everyone seems to have those friends/family that talk every detail of their life, and need those likes/comments. All it does is irritate me.
I'm also kind of a grumpy bitch anyway. So that may play a factor into it

I get grumpy too. In fact, a relative made a "state" joke to me this morning on FB. I wasn't sure if he was just poking me or was mad that I called him a communist. After letting my grumpiness subside, I responded in a friendly manner and all is well.

Hopefully, a brand new Corvette. That way, I can add to the list of those who I live vicariously through.

Far better than living vicariously through someone that owns a Prius.Senior Dickfist wrote:Hopefully, a brand new Corvette. That way, I can add to the list of those who I live vicariously through.

Re: Anything funny? Good stories?
So, today I went to Sam's club at 9:15 a.m. I was in shorts, tennis shoes and a hoodie. walked around the corner and the line went down the whole length of the store and around the other end of the building. Screw that. But I did see that two guys had come out with big bags of Toilet Paper and Paper Towel. So, I know if dressed right, I can get there at 7:00 a.m. and wait fo rTP. I get back in the truck and drive up Gratiot. Well, There's an Aldi about 14 and Gratiot. I don't see that many cars in there. Turn in, and they have from floor to about 6 feet high packs of 18 roll TP and 6 roll PT. About 12 feet wide. One per customer. I grab one each, call the wife and by the time I got home she left and got one. Daughter went with her a picked up one more PT. Today's hall for the DWags family is 18 rolls of PT and 36 rolls of TP. I think we're all set for a while. I don't know why this feels like such a great purchase day. But I didn't have to go into the Sams club where I just know that covid is all over places.

I started shopping in March right before the lockdown because my lease was due to be turned in this week. I even found one that I wanted but had to sit and wait. I got it delivered today.
EDIT: not a Corvette.

Not the spirit of the thread, but Sam's has a very nice app that you can scan and buy all your shit in the store to not have to wait in a checkout line (once you get inside)

I'm extremely practical... Small sport Ute. Don't need flash. Need to drive 90 min a day.

The C5 was the most ugly of all Corvettes IMO. Huge ass end.CORNER BLITZ wrote:Senior Dickfist wrote:Hopefully, a brand new Corvette. That way, I can add to the list of those who I live vicariously through.
