I get the idea Bob is a HINO (Hippie In Name Only). Tools around on his bike, wears his receding hair a little shaggy, etc. But at the end of the day he's paying EL taxes, drinking microbrews, and doing a lot of ironic stuff, so my verdict is hipster.
