Certainly was an indicator of Saban's plan.Turtleneck wrote:

I had completely forgotten about the song, but started catching it now and then when 98.7FM became Detroit's New Alternative (which I'm convinced has less to do with being 100% alternative rock than just being another alternative, cute play on words) earlier this year. Good song for sure.

98.7 is okay but pretty much the only alternative to WRIF unless you wanna listen to NPR, IMO.Floyd Robertson wrote:I had completely forgotten about the song, but started catching it now and then when 98.7FM became Detroit's New Alternative (which I'm convinced has less to do with being 100% alternative rock than just being another alternative, cute play on words) earlier this year. Despite the fame of Dave & Chuck the Freak now syndicated in Boston and Florida, I wish Detroit had more good radio stations. I miss the smooth jazz stations that used to be here.

Between Sirius, Spotify and Audiobooks, I haven't listened to terrestrial radio in forever.
Wait... I have tuned in WOES Ovid's Polka Palace and left it blasting in my kid's car then turned off the car... so when he turned it on... polka bliss.
