Night kickoff is out because of MNF  Not sure why they didn't start it at 3 or 4. They did the same thing last Monday. ESPN obv knows more than me.

Yeah, pretty sure that was the triple-header Au referred to above, Quick Lane at 11, Military at 230, and MNF. It is still a shitty time, and they could have started later in the day and had time to spare before MNF coverage. Today's attendance was pretty bad given an in-state team was playing. The two most attended Quick Lanes games had CMU and EMU, and the two most attended Motor City/Little Ceasars games had CMU playing. In the and I can't imagine the TV ratings were good (without Syracuse).

It's hard to reconcile the argument that these games are important with kickoffs at 11am on a Monday.
