Justice Sotomayor stated that not only are 100,000 kids admitted with COVID she claims they are in serious condition. The actual number of pediatric hospitalizations from COVID is about 3400.

We would need to understand what she said first, as she was unclear on a number of parameters in her statement.

However, taking the number of pediatric admissions for one week as the total number, as you are doing, is pretty limited and Im guessing not what she was talking about, exactly.

The comparison is spot on. Why not a mandate for a influenza vaccine? After all it kills hundreds, thousands. OSHA is okay with people dying of influenza but those same people should be fired if they don't get a COVID shot?
