Even so, and given if crack pipes are not paid for, then as a program to reduce the risks of drug use, why not?

And what is wrong with paying for them in order to save lives?

This War on Drugs African Americans use has got to stop, for God's sake ...

They were talking about this on Fox News while I was at the car dealership the other day. The parrots of course started talking about stopping the flow of drugs at the border and targeting Mexico and China while doubling down on the ever successful war on drugs. The just don't care about the downtrodden current drug users or saving their lives.

The War on Drugs is a race war, or at least that is what the results show.

I'm not in favor of drug use, per say, however making it illegal hasn't worked any more than making beer illegal worked in the 1920's.  All it has done, in our White Privileged world, is put lots of African American men behind bars and helped destroy African American families.
