Is it as simple as 131 defines?
But at some point north of 10 or 115 that becomes up north
I think it is anywhere that is within 20 minutes of being at Lake Michigan

Well I'm on record that anything west of meridian road is west michigan so Western is in west michigan, of course, so is MSU, so this is for the western michigan championship

This is not a scientific analysis, Trapper. The land will need to be surveyed, committees formed, data analyzed, reports filed, etc. Please get to work ASAP.
