CFB taking all the fun out of the game? Empty CFB taking all the fun out of the game?

I was reading this article about the targeting rule no longer enforcing the 15 yard penalty if the replay over rules the refs on the field and ran across this little nugget.

According to the NFF and CFO, there will be two points of emphasis in officiating this year as well, including the management of players and coaches on the sidelines and player behavior. The NFF says closer attention will be paid to enforcing the sideline rule and officials will be firm about calling unsportsmanlike conduct fouls.
So now, after a TD, if the team is celebrating too much on the sideline they will get an unsportsmanlike penalty? Who thinks of these rules and why aren't teams allowed to celebrate?

Why are American sports so sensitive when it comes to sports celebrating? The one thing they can learn from soccer across the world is letting the fucking guys celebrate a bit. What's wrong with some emotion, some passion? Should we be a bunch of robots?

Probably goes back to the pussification of America and everyone getting trophies. I probably used to think it was bad form to do excessive celebrations, but if you don't want the other team to celebrate, stop them from scoring.
