FWIW, "House" is a person - Grant House, a former Arizona State University swimmer - not a branch of the government. The case basically seeks to remove all remaining NIL restrictions and allow revenue sharing for athletes from conference TV contracts, school shoe deals, etc. It also seeks damages for previous NIL restrictions going back to 2016.
If you think the current NIL situation sucks - it is going to get much worse.
