Do babies really need tickets?
I'm gonna bring the family to EMU for a half or so. If my 18 month old is going to sit on our lap(s) the whole time, does she need a ticket?
Oh, and I'm not even gonna make a preemptive comment here to hoard off the attackers. Let's let this one develop on its own.

I've found most sites will tell you somewhere online. Arena seems to be under 2. Never took my daughter to a game.

What age is admitted for free to Spartan Football games? It is a Big Ten Conference policy that everyone, regardless of age must have a ticket. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Consider this. Do you really want to watch any sporting event live with an 18 month old?

Fuck.ing babies shouldn't skate just because they're all cute and cuddly. They already get a buttload of perks, like sucking on free boobies, being allowed to crap their pants without anybody passing judgment, and to top it all off--pissing all over the very people who are changing those very same poopy diapers.
Let 'em pay for something for once. It'll put hair on their chest.

Re: Do babies really need tickets?
Good luck keeping an 18 month old on your lap for even half of a quarter.
(Edit:) I say this as a parent that brought their 3 year old and 14 month old to the spring game and had a nice time because the 14 month old could climb all over the seats and run across the isles without disturbing anyone and leave 2 minutes after kickoff because the kids had enough. If it had been a real game it would have been a stressful experience. I can't express how thankful tWife and I are that the athletic department puts on such a nice family friendly experience as the spring game.

Have your wife stick him under her shirt on the way in, pretend she's in the 7th trimester.

It's EMU. Pretty sure Hatch picked this game for a reason and not Nebraska.

Yeah, like how they send you back to your car if you dare bring a diaper bag to the SPRING game?

I don't get this policy. We were allowed to bring small backpacks in at Autzen.

It's a packed stadium. Kids are loud and smelly. They carry disease and attract bears. Maybe making parents pay is a way of deterring parents from bringing their loud, smelly, disease carrying, bear bait children to games.

Substitute drunk for the bear bait part and you are describing a lot of the people I sit by, as if that were a bad thing.Turtleneck wrote:

Or shove the kid into the backside of granda's trousers. If gate security has any questions, tell them your dad filled up his adult diapers.

That's because Eco-terrorists only care about disc golf and Hacky-sack, not football.

When we signed my son up we were sent 3 upper bowl tix for the EMU game plus the t-shirt (shipped separately). You might want to call to be sure but now we have 3 upper bowl plus our regular seats.WhiteBoyHatcher wrote:
