Re: Ebola......
Wait - I lied, with a little searching I was able to find out that we already have troops in Africa helping fight Ebola.
Here is one of the interesting articles
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2790677/us-troops-prepare-war-ebola-soldiers-receive-intense-training-deployment-liberia-families-fear-safety.html
IMO - looking at the pictures in the article, there is no way that this doesn't spread to our military personnel. I'm sure that with a week or two of training they can master all of the different isolation suits and that wearing them in a tropical heat and humidity will not cause any problems.
WOP - I agree that the media dictates coverage, and the sheeple just feed what the are given and go where they are led.

if any of this test positive, it will set up for mass panic and for an escalation that could push this towards Nordic number on the way tTy's 1,000.5

Student NOT exhibiting signs of Ebola at SWC
A student who reported to a faculty member that she had missed classes because her sister was hospitalized with flu-like symptoms after flying last week prompted the 470 building to be closed off for several hours.
College spokeswoman Lillian Leopold said the student was not exhibiting flu-like symptoms and was thoroughly examined by a college nurse.

A building at the Chula Vista school was evacuated as a precaution after the student’s family told Southwestern officials she was hospitalized with flu-like symptoms, according to a statement released by the collegethis afternoon.

Sounds to me like one is trying to prevent panic, the other just doesn't give a shit and is reporting what they believe actually happened.

There were zero ebola deaths in the US last year.
%-wise, ebola is blowing the flu out of the water year over year.

I think my real point is stupid people panicking is the real danger, not the virus.

Use tracer rounds so the bullet cauterizes the wound on the way through. Keeps the spray down.

I think my real point is stupid people somehow think rational people are panicking over this. I just set an O/U at 1000.5 dead people and wanted to discuss it. I didn't go buy 500 acres, 39 pallets of food and a bunker.
Otherwise, great point? also, let me know when the ebola has a vaccine..... TIA.

It's either A) not a particularly funny joke. Not because of politics but because it's dumb or, B) it's a legit question. In which case the poster is dim. Very dim.

Does anyone know where I can buy a Green & White isolation suit, because I'd like to wear one to the game next weekend?
Do you think they would let me into the stadium wearing one....reading the guidelines I do not see where it is prohibited?

A passenger died on a Nigeria-to-JFK flight after a vomiting fit Thursday — and a top lawmaker said officials gave the corpse only a “cursory” exam before declaring that the victim did not have Ebola.
