Tailgating for Hockey?

A group of friends and I are going up for a hockey game on a Friday in November + a night out at the bars. Does anyone tailgate for Hockey? If so, where?

I am thinking strongly about bringing my BBQ pit up to tailgate. I doubt that MSU lets us set up somewhere on campus and BBQ and drink beer, right? Would this be feasible anywhere in EL? Anyone wanna offer up their driveway in exchange for some of WBH's famous BBQ and some free beer? These assholes are trying to talk me into a whole pig.

If you're being serious, I may have a driveway and yard for you. I would take payment in beer and food.

If I was still a student I would totally do that. Never did tailgate tho because I was always the only one of my friends who actually went to games. We (student hockey supporters) are/were a rare minority on campus.

Yeah, totally serious. Just feeling it out for now. The game is on 11/14. If you think it might be an option let me know. Hopefully walking distance to Munn and the Marriott. Bunch of mid-late 30's guys who are pretty laid back and like to have a good time. Would not expect anything other than a parking spot for 1 car + my trailer overnight, a reasonable assumption that if I lock the thing up it's not going to get fucked with, and perhaps the use of your bushes/facilities before the game. After the game we would go to bars and back to hotel, and I would pick it up in the morning to drive back home.

Oh and if you could line up a coed to have sex with me, that would be cool, too. Just don't tell my wife. Actually she'd probably be cool with it if it let her off the hook for a few weeks. She doesn't even need to be a 9, a 7 would be totally acceptable.

I was talking about the hockey game. And no, I don't have tickets for OSU. Between my tailgate hookup + my tailgate hookup's boss + zippy = I pretty much always get a great ticket.

Sorry bro, if I'm lucky enough to be given a ticket for the game, I am not giving it away. I do like to give away beer and BBQ, though.

There used to be tailgating for hockey during the Mason years, but that stopped long before I stepped foot in Munn for the first time in 2006.

I find this discussion intriguing. Anything that brings more fun to the MSU hockey experience is a good thing.
