Why the Hell would Peppers be Ineligible at SCum for that?

Its kind of a sad story- you see that many of these players go away from home and leave their financially struggling parents behind. Peppers and his mom were just hanging-on. Then he makes a move to better himself and the dirty bastards evict them? Its low-down. ( I hope they got someone at the 2nd school to give them a sweetheart rental deal like they had before he transferred )

And to be honest- I hope some rich SCum alum in NJ carries a grocery bag of money to Pepper's mom every month. I hope that happens to every poor and middle class kid playing NCAA football. I'm more concerned with Fake and worthless degrees than I am with paying players and their families some walking around money.

How is it low-down? Peppers was getting a deal based on services rendered. He stopped providing those services so the deal goes away. You seem to be deviating from your normal shtick.
