2014 Spring Game Tailgate

I know every year, people have a mini tailgate for the spring game. Although it is just 2 days away, and was talked about on tRCMB, I didn't know if anyone one here wanted to have a specific place to meetup/tailgate. Remember that open alcohol is still banned on campus. However, if you want to take your chances, make sure you have your solo cups handy. I don't believe I've heard of any issues with that as long as you aren't people stupid.

So....anyone willing/interested in a specific meeting place? Would it be for full tailgate? Concessions are open for the game, and it's free for everyone, in case you weren't aware. I will not be able to attend the game due to a prior engagement. This is open to everyone who wants to participate in the first unofficial Swill gathering.

Can we throw our empties at tRCMB tailgate?

Snake will have a bottle at both?

I hear Trevor isn't going. Maybe we can borrow all his stuff.

I've got a canopy you could borrow, missing a carry bag and has a broken tab but works just fine.

Not for the spring game, that's just practice. Just wait until the first tailgate.

I will not be tailgating for the spring game as my buddy and I are taking our 4 year olds. But if this thing (board and board tailgate) actually takes off, I will definitely volunteer my special set of skills to feed you for a game or two. I may have to cook at my standard tailgate and bring the food over, but it would definitely be a step up from burgers and brats if you like legit BBQ.

I think we can make a joined tailgate in some instances. Assuming people don't take things personally. At least that's how I feel. I'm just here for the party. But if it's going to be an issue all the time, then we can figure something else out.

The spring game tailgate is not a huge party thing. It is mostly all kids, and just a thing on the LD. It would be kid friendly all around. But I think it's kind of late in the game to set one up, and it's not exactly a popular option. But as the outreach person, I figured I would take a shot at it.

FWIW - I will not be attending the spring game, as it conflicts with my kids events - how very Trevor'esque so I've heard .... our maybe I'm really Trevor {mindblown}

I certainly don't have an issue with that. FWIW my standard tailgate is not the other tailgate you're referring to. I just have a group I usually tailgate with and cook for and would feel bad bailing for another one. Luckily my pit is big enough to feed a small village!

I will set one up for that game, and I am planning on attending that tailgate. Perhaps the game too if I can scalp a cheap enough ticket. Doesn't matter to me if it's with the usual RCMB tailgate, or a new spot. We can discuss that when the time gets closer.
