Beat Bobby Flay @10:30 est tonight.  Iron Chefs' Michael Symon and Alex Guarnaschelli face off to see who takes on Flay, with Katie Lee presiding.

Katie was a conundrum to me when first seeing her on a show.  Beautiful brunette, but couldn't stand her monotone West Virginia voice.  She must have a voice coach because she has become much better after a few years on The Kitchen.

If that's the guy who does the show I'll agree I guess but I don't watch him. There's some good shit. I've never watched the Flay show but I hate all cook offs. Except the original iron chef.

FN has started replays of Iron Chef America, which I think is awesome because I hate all the stupid cake/cupcake battle shit they've been playing for years.
