Why hire a recruiting firm if one of your top targets is already secured? Because all of them have already told you no.

Also, when you're not trying to hire a "Michigan" man, make sure you hire a firm owned by SCum alums.

I think it took him 3 weeks to get the ok to spend the money so he can blame the inevitable failure on others. The guy knows he not only is in over his head, but he's come to the realization that there are no high profile coaches that want risk ruining their reputations taking over the thankless, clusterfuck, dumpster fire that is UM football.

I'm pretty happy they're considering a candidate from Coastal Carolina, heads would explode in AA.

One name that I truly haven’t heard from sources in Michigan; but I continue to hear from coaches is Joe Moglia at Coastal Carolina. A number of coaches I have spoken with feel Moglia might just be the perfect coach to invest in Michigan football. What he has done in his short time at Coastal has been awfully impressive. Will be interesting to see if the search firm suggests the same to Hackett.

Joe has already led a mutiny over his former AD at Coastal Carolina to get that guy fired and inserted himself as the “Chair” of Athletics. Total Borgia-esque power play.

If Michigan were to make this hire it would be the most ridiculous move in the history of college football.

So, for that reason, please hire Joe Moglia, because a lot of us hate Michigan with a passion.

So Moglia is also the Board Chair of TD Ameritrade. He has books published on coaching one's self to success and secrets to perimeter offense. Good God he's Carl Icahn, Tony Robbins and Vince Lombardi all wrapped into one. Definitely weasel certified material.

The dude just stood on the sideline the whole game. Every time they showed him he was not talking, not doing anything. He had a headset on, but it was like he was listening to the game on the radio. And he looks reaaaalllly creapy.
