MSU @ Iowa 7pm on ESPN
Iowa is -3... but MSU has won 8 in a row vs the Hawkeyes.
Fran is a psycho, Izzo says they've had the best practices of the year lately..... I don't know if that's good or bad.

Watching on my Amazon Fire HD Stick. The Watch ESPN app has amazing quality. Way better than Comcast's HD feed.

Yes. It is also the point of message boards to occasionally receive sarcastic replies.
Great job by MSU getting back in this thing, right? The pulled it together quite well. Trice went off.

We really do have some little bitches for fans. I gotta tell you, we have a fan base that doesn't deserve our two coaches. They're in panic mode with over half the game left usually. Jesus, If I was watching a game with them, I'd fucking have to shoot myself or lthem jsut to get them to stfu.
Worse. Fan. Base. Ever.
(and yes I know we have some great fans- just fuck the pussies who jump off the band wagon at the first sign of trouble. )

Re: MSU @ Iowa 7pm on ESPN
Just finished watching on dvr. Wow, I was really impressed. After the first half I thought I knew what was about to transpire. Some thoughts:
1. I think this is going to hold up as a damn nice win. Iowa passes the eye test to me. They have 2 legit post players, a bunch of perimeter players who can shoot and have a ton of length, and depth. I think this is going to be a top 5 team in the league and definitely a tourney team.
2. We definitely got bailed out by #20. Wow, what a performance. And Denzel with the late gas, as well. Nails.
3. I have a feeling a lot of games are going to go this way. Outside shooting % will likely dictate every single result from here on out.
4. This team can't really function with Denzel on the bench. He is definitely their leader and the guy who makes things happen, good and sometimes bad.
5. Great defensive adjustments from Schilling and Costello in the 2nd half. Really starting to like these kids, especially Schilling. This kid is turning into a bad ass.
6. Dawson is so extraordinarily talented that even when he puts up numbers like he did tonight, you find yourself feeling frustrated watching him. His head was in the game early on both ends, he was directing other players on switches, making heady plays, etc. As the game went on, his concentration waned at times as he makes dumb passes, defensive lapses, passes and rebounds bounce off of his hands. This dude....has so much untapped potential right now. Makes you wonder how good he would be if he had not torn his ACL/broken his wrist/broken his hand/etc.
First time this season I was fired up watching a game and I'm excited to watch the next game.

Studies suggest that losing your shit when your "team" (i.e. product/brand) doesn't look its best is half the fun in watching any sporting event that you're emotionally invested in.
It's science.

While #4 may be true, I felt there were times tonught that they played better with him out of the game. I think Denzel tries too hard to do too much sometimes. Maybe he is trying to live up to the Draymond II label. I think Izzo needs to keep him in check for this team to reach potential.
