How Would You Like This Matchup?

9 seed in the East playing Ole Miss with a potential rematch vs. #1 seed UVA. Also, that really bad loss early in the season is still a really bad loss...but that team is now 12-2 in conference play.

That bracket is about as good as it gets for us.

At this point, I'd just prefer to avoid a potential 2nd round matchup with D-league team in Lexington and probably Duke, because I'm sick of K beating Izzo. Anything else = I'm all in.

#7 seed in the West playing CSU. The #2 seed is Arizona.

Lunardi also has MSU as a #7 seed, but has them in the South playing LSU. The #2 seed is Kansas. Lunardi also has CMU (currently 21-5) in the East as #13 seed playing UNC.

IDK. That 8-9 can be a stumbling block for 1 seeds. And 7-10 is def a stumbling block for 2 seeds. If there's ever a time you want to play Kentucky or Duke it would be 2nd round.

I hear what you're saying, By-Tor, and I agree yet disagree. I think Kentucky is going to lose at some point. If it's not during the reg season, I could easily see it happening during the Tourney.

Totally agree with your position that if we are going to have to beat them we would rather face them in Round 2 than in the FF or Title game. But....I think they have a decent chance of going down early, and I would rather see someone else do the dirty work. I don't think we match up well. We lack the size and the depth.

Elite Eight. That's when I think Kentucky finally loses.

I just hope to god that Wisconsin doesn't win it all. Fuck those assholes. I bet they will, though.
