Tried it for pie crust for chicken pot pies. Bad idea, too much flavor. It does make tasty gravy though.

Ha, bought a bag last night because store didn't have almond flour. Found almond flour in cupboard when I got home. Now have a bag of quino flour and no idea what to make with it.

I'm assuming "non gluten-free" was a mistake, and you meant either "non gluten" or "gluten-free." Gluten-free anything is terrible. I had some gluten-free mozzarella sticks once. I wouldn't have thought that there was a way to fuck up mozzarella sticks, but removing gluten from them did the trick.
