EAST LANSING — When Tom Izzo brings a recruit into his office, he ought to have the NBA's Western Conference semifinals between Golden State and Memphis playing on a loop.

There, power forwards Zach Randolph and Draymond Green are every argument he's ever made for his program and a counter to every argument made against it.

Randolph, the 19th overall pick in the 2001 draft, is Izzo's lone NBA one-and-done. He spent a year in East Lansing, helped the Spartans reach their third straight Final Four and then made $155 million over 14 seasons. That number will be $175 million by the time his contract with the Grizzles ends in two years.

You need to read more of Blanch's work. Izzo is such a rotten coach he would have turned all of them into 2-4 year college players.

Assuming GS and LA win, that is going to be one hell of a series. The teams already hate each other and then to meet up in the conference finals? Holy fuckballs, that should be an intense series.
