1/4" cast aluminum lasts forever, will not rust. Retains heat. Works equally well as a grill or a smoker. Vents allow for temperature adjustment. Easy to clean. Simple yet ingenious design. You can pretty much grill or smoke anything. Made in USA.
I got the charcoal chimney starter, cover and also odered two cosco 8" x 12" charcoal pans from Amazon. Still need to get a thermometer to monitor temperature.

Interesting, but looks like it needs to be cleaned after every use since it doesn't have an ash catcher. No rotisserie option either.
