What do you think of the "hack-a-shaq" technique in basketball?

Watching the Spurs @ Clippers game 5 tonight and the Spurs started to hack-a-DeAndre Jordan late in the 3rd quarter.. Ended up working as the Spurs went on a 7 or 9-2 run, and Doc Rivers ended up getting him the F outta the game, putting in Glen Davis' fat ass

What do we think, tSwill? Good gamesmanship or gimmicky bullshit?

BTW, Old Man Riverwalk, AKA Tim Duncan is still the man. 39 years old and he's running the break dunking that shit. The Spurs are fun to watch, and Pop is classic. Hard not to like them, still doing it with the perfect mix of vets and new role guys. I feel like the same core beat the Pistons back in the day after 04!

Make your damn free throws. If you're making millions of dollars per year to play a fucking game, the least you can do is get in the damn gym and master the most basic element of that game.

That said, it's horrible to watch.

I hate it but it's legal so learn to make your free throws or grab some pine.

I like it. If you are in the NBA and suck horribly at free throws, other teams should be allowed to shame you by putting you on the line constantly.
