Should Marc Summers (Nucky) be perma-banned?

Can't believe there are as many no votes. Nuck must have a number of schticks here. Looks like he created another one call "Prometheus Yes!" within an hour of when this poll was started.

If heat can say that he can keep him gone, then my vote would change to yes. I don't think he can though. Making it completely pointless.

I honestly don't even know/care who nucky is. To me its just another random "newer" troll from the old board that tried hard to make a dent but isn't very memorable. If people didn't bitch about him I'd have no idea who he was.

I call for a two week ban. He was warned by seerock, and he's blatantly disregarded it.

Banning works on some trolls because they care about their persona. Nuckys dont care about their image.  They only exist to be disruptive.

I am also hoping that having more sophisticated moderation tools may help us here as well. The dude obviously likes it here because he's been somewhat well behaved with the exception of a few incidents, however, he is obviously escalating.

FWIW... I thought this was a banning for nucky just being nucky. I've received zero notifications of any of his posts requiring moderation. As such, lacking the reporting of the posts (or some other breakdown resulting in non-notification), I haven't seen anything to act on. There's been no recent discussion in the moderator forum either.

Banning of a non-geronimo for a violation of a TOS shouldn't require any discussion. I'd smack him down posthaste. He was posting porn? Or what?

I'm all for letting geronts post in the agauro and not letting others see it for circumstances exactly like this. I think SRC had a reason he didn't want it but I can't remember what it was.

Not that anybody cares, but I never really hated Nucky like everyone else. In fact, I thought he had some pretty good thread topics on the other board that were derailed simply because he's Nucky, but would have made great threads if they were started by anyone else. I don't really care if he gets banned, but if he's posting porn he probably should be.
