Get enough people to buy all the tickets, their would be a return when it got big enough. I came across this site,  for shits and giggles.
It shows the breakdown between cash option and annuity. As well as how much taxes are taken out for each, then you can school for each state.
I still think the cash option is kinda shitty. It should be around 65-70% of the total. Just my opinion on that.

And is it correct that say you did the annuity and died, it can't be passed on to beneficiaries?

Yes,  for everything but the jackpot,  I think.  So if you get 5 numbers and not the pb, I think you can win more than a million.

Well now that I've been reprimanded, I've decided to wait until the lottery hits $2 billion before I buy another ticket.
