I don't think he's trolling his ex. I think he's posting to show he's got a girlfriend. Good looking 34 year old guy whose wife leaves him. Who knows what rumors others might be spreading. Fleck is one of the youngest coaches in D1 football, don't think he needs to be prodded to use social media.

Read an interview Fleck did at an NCAA coaches conference earlier this year. He was very candid about how coaching, specifically being a HC required a lot of commitment from everyone. Administration, staff and family.

He added his former wife had adjusted to being an assistant coaches wife but once he became WMU's HC she "hated" a lot of the things expected of the HC's wife. He added while the death of one of their children played a part but her decision to divorce, the major issue was he had chosen to be an HC and after a year she knew she didn't want to be a D1 college HC's wife.

Fleck's wife had already separated last fall and filed before he got the raise that bumped his pay to $800K/yr.
