Another break-in near our little slice of Paradise. This morning it was near Fern/Sunset. There have been a few break-in attempts since early summer. I know you're an early morning jogger, so remember to lock your door when you leave. Also. keep your eyes peeled for any new families with pit bulls.

Yep - I always do lock the door when I'm out in the morning - always good to be reminded, though.

It's a mix. From that intersection, east and south are mostly student rentals. North and west are almost entirely single family residential.
