since my previous post about my juror services in East Lansing, I sat on a circuit court jury.. lasted about a week and a half. Details, testimony, video, pictures.. the stuff of nightmares.

Yeah I didn’t like it the one time I’ve had to. It was better than work though. The hardest part was knowing our decision sent thy kid to jail for a long time.

I got excused because tMrs is a paralegal & plaintiff's attorney knows her boss. Civil trial. Some sort of construction dispute as both sides had structural engineers as witnesses.

I mean, he was guilty and it wasn’t close. It still sucks. He was young.
