There are only two on that list that conceivably could ever need anything like that ever, and even then probably not.

We treat our police like they are the military and then we're shocked when they treat every situation like an active war zone with all of us as the enemy.

I've watched a lot of JRE and belong to his forum but have never gotten the impression Rogan was an anarchist... He seemed to disagree with Molyneux and Kokesh a lot. I'm pretty sure he's libertarian to some degree, but anarchist he is naught.
